Sales Account Manager – Branch Operations/Sales

As the first point of contact, the Sales Account Manager is responsible for providing exceptional level of account management and customer service in Darwin and surrounding areas. With a professional approach with effective communications to establish and maintain relationship. Previous sales and or rental experience you will provide high level customer service and maximising sales.

Essential:

• Sales Performance

• Business Development
• Product & Industry knowledge – forklift equipment or sales/rental experience
• Administration
• Safety & Risk Management

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Industrial/Capital equipment industry knowledge would be an advantage
• Understanding of utilising the dimensions of professional selling methods
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets
• Excellent client management
• Develop strong trusting relationships whilst managing multiple conflicting priorities
• Be flexible and work with colleagues at all levels
• Have intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suit, and
• Ability to analyse and solve problems or concerns promptly

Qualifications:

Desirable - Bachelor degree and or Capital Equipment experience
