ISO 45001 Internal Auditor

ALL Aspects Recruitment are currently searching for an ISO 45001 Internal Auditor for our client in the utilities sector. 

The Internal Auditor will be responsible for conducting internal aduits toto verify compliance with ISO 45001 requirements, identify risks, and support continual improvement across the client's operations.

Key responsibilities of this role will include: 

• Develop and finalise the internal audit program and schedule
• Complete training and induction on ISO 45001 audit requirements and client's procedures
• Conduct initial baseline audits across all business units to identify compliance gaps
• Prepare and submit detailed audit reports, including findings and recommendations
• Track and verify closure of corrective and preventative actions arising from audits
• Participate in pre-certification audit readiness reviews (prior to Stage 1 and Stage 2 audits)
• Support business units during Stage 1 Certification Audit (April 2026)
• Conduct follow-up audits to confirm effectiveness of corrective actions post-Stage 1
• Support business units during Stage 2 Certification Audit (June 2026)
• Finalise post-certification audit reports and lessons learnt
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and ongoing compliance monitoring

The successful applicant will have: 

• A strong Understanding of ISO 45001 & WHS Legislation
• Integrated Management Systems Knowledge
• Relevant Tertiary Qualifications such, as WHS and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor
• Relevant workplace experience
